Order Processing, Shipping & Returns

Order Processing:

Please allow 5-7 days for us to process your order. Technical difficulties happen, so if you haven’t received a confirmation, contact us! We want to do our best to make sure you receive your product in a timely manner. 

Shipping and returns:

Shipping is calculated at checkout and can vary depending on the order size and weight. 

As we are still new to this, we are not currently processing returns. If the product is damaged during the shipping, please email us a photograph along with a brief description. We will happily send you a new product at no cost or refund you the purchase (with shipping retracted).
